1 Bag - Preferably hemp, and sewn with linen threads
1 Cup - Seeds - unroasted, whole (not split), preferably organic

DIRECTIONS

SOAK - Soak sprouting seeds in water for 8-12 hours.
RINSE - Rinse seeds and place inside the sprouting bag.
HANG - Hang⁵ the bag on any hook or handles with a water catch bowl underneath.
