Vegan and /or Raw Muesli is a popular meal (usually breakfast) based of rolled oats or other rolled grains (which is usually not raw), fresh or dried fruits, nuts, seeds and mixed with any plant milk (nut milk, soy milk, rice milk) coconut yogurt or/and fruit juice.
How to Make it 100% Raw
Rolled oats are not raw product, unless it is labeled as raw. Whole Foods sells raw rolled oats in a plastic bag packaging, I do not consider single-use and disposable plastic as vegan-friendly or eco-friendly, so it is not an EcoPeaceful option, especially when rolled oats available in bulk.
Whole oat is raw and can be purchased in bulk section of Whole Foods - Use presoaked (overnight) whole oats, whole oats also can be sprouted.
Raw nut milk - Make homemade nut/seed milk from unpasteurized nuts or seeds and dates as a sweetener.
Muesli Image with Mulberries
The image shows a Pakistan mulberries (large ruby red-purple) and White mulberries from my trees. I am very disappointed with the taste of fresh white mulberries, they are not sweet at all. Some people describe them as "mild", but I would say that they are tasteless even as some of store bought vegetables. The most flavorful mulberries seem to be the Pakistan mulberries. I think, they are one of the tastiest of all berries and I am growing them in all places the desert of Las Vegas! I am so happy to have huge sweet fresh Pakistan mulberries from a tree - and I soooo happy to skip all that plastic packaging from store bought berries, which as you know often harms and kills animals/wildlife.
Kids-friendly
My son loves this recipe with raspberries, we also planted them in Las Vegas, but we are not sure if we will succeed in producing raspberries. Choose your berries based on availability and/or taste preference, they are all super healthy and super nutritious. I am so happy that my picky son loves this recipe, since it takes very little time to make it and now he can even make it himself.
