• For a long time I wondered what do you do with squash seeds?

NOT WASTE - All my life, I either threw away or composted squash seeds. One day I said to myself, "What a waste of a highly nutritious food!" I tried to eat the seeds them, but it was too much work to get the seeds from their shell, and then I realized that I could just make squash seed milk, in the same way that I was making almond milk.
    EASY & SAFE MONEY
    - Yes! You can easily make squash milk out of any squash seeds (spaghetti, acorn, pumpkin, butternut, etc.), and it saves you money at the same time.
WEIGHT LOSS - Contrary to a popular unscientific belief, that low-fat diets help you to lose weight, scientific studies actually show that including nuts and seeds (high in fat) in your diet can actually help you to lose weight, and even live longer!
NUTRITION - According http://nutritiondata.self.com "It is a good source of Protein, Vitamin K, Iron and Copper, and a very good source of Magnesium, Phosphorus and Manganese."
    EQUIPMENT

Blender - You do not need a high-speed blender (such as Vitamix or Blendtec) for making any kind of nut milk. We recommend using a glass jar blender (Dynablend Clean DB-950 or Oster Pro 1200) to avoid toxic chemicals from plastic leaching into your food. Click here to watch our videos for more details
Nut Milk Bag - To avoid eating synthetic fibers and leaching toxic chemicals from nylon nut milk bag (often just relabeled paint strainers) into your food, I recommend using a  100% organic or natural nut milk bag.
NOTE: On Amazon.com there are many fake nut milk bags that claim to be "organic" but are in fact not organic, and not even fully natural. Click here to read our article EXPOSED! Fake Organic Hemp Nut milk Bags sold on Amazon!
Strainer - If you do not have a nut milk bag, a stainless steel fine mesh strainer will also work well if you are only working with a small amount of seeds (1 cup or less).

USES - Squash seed milk can be used in any dairy-free recipes to substitute for dairy milk, such as chocolate smoothies, green smoothies, and on your cereals and muesli.
